Enable manual mode and maintain the base clock for overclocks. Previous adjustments like AI Tweaker didn't trigger excessive overclocks on older i7-3770K models.
Thank you for your feedback. The issue persists despite previous attempts. Further testing revealed additional problems. Removing all NVIDIA drivers via Display Driver Uninstaller caused the system to boot through Windows without a safe mode, with Hyperthreading enabled and the OS appearing in low resolution. Only one CPU was functioning. After some time, a BSOD appeared with the message 'SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION'. Re-installing the NVIDIA driver and enabling Hyperthreading resulted in a black screen, though it was difficult to notice due to the black display.
It's a work station professional card, I assume it's studio drivers? I don't game. Thank you
Do you own GeForce Experience? If not, obtain it and from the associated app, you can install the Studio drivers. My system uses a Quadro GPU but runs Linux, so I’m unsure about Studio/Game Ready drivers for workstation cards, particularly with GeForce Experience.
I fixed my computer several times... it's still using the original Windows 10 setup from early 2017. You might want to try DDU, completely wipe the GPU drivers, and install the studio drivers manually—make sure to get the studio drivers before using DDU. I have a "studio" card (just for games) and it tends to try to download the game-ready drivers first. Probably doesn't matter much, though; sometimes the game-ready ones work better, sometimes the studio ones do. Still, I recommend using DDU and trying the studio drivers first.
