I just purchased a new PC, but whenever we attempted to boot it using the USB stick with Windows 10 installed, it would freeze on a black screen displaying the blue logo without any loading indicator. We've tried various solutions already—switching USBs, using external drives, and adjusting settings—but nothing seems to work. We've been stuck on that screen for hours and are looking for advice. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
