Hi! It seems your Windows 10 installation was clean, but recently the Start Menu stopped working and Cortana isn’t showing up in Sweden. I’m not sure what to do next. Thanks for reaching out!

It's happened to me too, but I couldn't recall the exact steps. Still, I managed to locate a shutdown option in Windows, and it's worked fine now.

Press Alt + F4 on the desktop to initiate shutdown, then observe the system restart.

Consider attempting to terminate explorer.exe and launch a restart. This method might not function with the standard Task Manager; using Process Explorer could be an alternative. Currently unavailable due to being on a non-Windows system.
