I've been there too, but I'm not the right person for this. For some it might just be a simple fix, but honestly I've spent hours checking every guide online without getting anything done. I recommend installing Windows from a second drive and migrating slowly. "It could take weeks" if you have all your software installed and don't want to lose anything. If the old drive is still working, you can try restoring it later or pass it on to someone experienced.
