Hey there! I’m dealing with a tricky situation. I run a shop that refurbishes old computers and have three Panasonic Toughbooks (CF-20) that I’m attempting to upgrade to Windows 10. No drives are showing up. I’ve tried the storage drivers, but it seems this model only supports up to 128GB SSDs. In the BIOS it only lists Ethernet booting as an option, and USB is the only alternative. The only other method is via another drive. Any tips or ideas would be great! Also, I’ve already tried older versions of Windows and installed on a working laptop before moving the drive. This model doesn’t support NVMe drives—just SATA ports.

They are quite young. The formatting might be causing confusion.

Do you know if the connector is for M.2 or SATA? Sharing the model name could assist further.

Attempting to connect m.2 isn't possible. This device doesn't have a SATA port. The only information available is that it's a Panasonic Toughbook CF-20.
