Yup. I don't want to speak too fast, but so far it didn't seam to upload. Microsoft servers are the fastest way. My only guess is that this kicks in if Microsoft servers gets busy, or too slow in your area due to distance. But it is only a guess. We definitively need to wait and see, but so far my uploads didn't increase.
