I aim to stay friendly but need to clarify: this isn't Dell at all... All 100% Microsoft products will need to follow these updated guidelines. New rules mean hardware makers like HP, IBM, Lenovo, Asus must adapt when offering new systems. Some models will be quicker, others slower, but as OEM licenses dwindle, more of these changes will appear. These agreements reflect the shift in software business—standard devices now have access to a huge number of processors and memory. Today's top-tier PCs are nearly as powerful as small business servers.

For licensing details: Windows 10 Pro supports up to two CPUs and 2 TB RAM, while Windows 10 Pro for Workstations can handle four CPUs and 6 TB RAM. This change focuses on four processors rather than just two CPUs.

One major update is the move from NTFS to ReFS as the preferred file system—hopefully we'll see even better options soon!
