Uncertain about where to share this, any advice would be appreciated. I've experienced this problem for a few months now. During the day, my PC becomes unresponsive, making it hard to move the cursor or type. Most programs stop working completely, and I can't shut it down or restart it because the start menu doesn't respond. The only solution is to power off my computer completely, even though it might damage the system. My priority is figuring out what's wrong. I checked the reliability monitor, which only showed issues when the PC was turned off. The system isn't being overloaded, has sufficient CPU downtime, and memory usage is normal. I've reinstalled almost all programs that caused problems before, run virus scans, and used system cleaners without success. Notable details: I was told it could be a registry conflict, but I'm unsure how to check that. These crashes mostly occur when the PC sits idle for a while, though they can happen mid-task. I'm using L-Connect 3, which is known for instability but unlike L-Connect 2 it uses less system resources (it already ran twice).

Execute the command as an administrator and run: sfc /scannow dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth. Now, what are the smart details on your boot drive?
