Corsair vengeance DDR4 2x16gb RAM case with airflow Corsair RM850 power supply Corsair H150 liquid cooler Msi mech rx6600xt GPU Samsung G7 27 inch monitor Intel i7 12700K CPU functions properly after restart. Before that I experienced a black screen, and yesterday the audio was muffled but improved after restarting.

Check the event viewer for clues about the issue. Was it repeated or a one-time occurrence?

Thanks! I'll search for the event viewer on Google. Now the mouse cursor is lagging and I'm having trouble getting clear audio from the front of my PC case... not sure what's going on.

It might point to a driver problem. Consider refreshing or reinstalling the drivers for your motherboard.

Hello, let me assist you with this problem... I set up my gaming PC and everything is fine except for one small issue. It’s happened three times now—two days in a row. When I watched videos on Chrome through the PC, the screen turned gray and it restarted itself after a minute. The second time I pressed the restart button on the case, it worked. My specs include an i7 12700K CPU, MSI Mech RX6600 GPU, Samsung G7 monitor, MSI Z690 A Pro motherboard, Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro DDR4 RAM, and everything else from Corsair. I tried contacting AMD but didn’t get a response, and the “AMD Software Adrenalin Edition” app didn’t work either.
