You’d feel concerned about losing customers if people bypassed paying for your product. Staying in business would depend on whether you adapt to these changes. For game designers, this could mean long-term viability if they adjust their pricing models. Buying a Win10 Pro key from MSFT or a trusted retailer gives you flexibility—upgrading or moving devices without hassle. Amortizing the cost over time makes it more manageable. Supporting piracy undermines trust and sustainability.

I believe Microsoft is handling things well. I really want that extra $180 more than they offer. I’m not promoting piracy, but I think a company with multi-billion dollars in revenue and products for both personal and business needs can thrive without selling copies directly from their site.

You can purchase them easily on Amazon UK for under £10. The ones I received functioned perfectly, and the seller sent the key directly, eliminating any shipping fees.

Buy from a legitimate seller or online store. Seeking questionable offers might cause issues. Avoid spending the full price on a Windows 10 Pro license; consider other OS options that fit your budget. Prices reflect what they need for their product—don’t try to bargain like at a subway sandwich stand. If you dislike the cost, explore alternatives. Microsoft may charge excessively compared to free or open-source options, which could signal disagreement with their pricing. In my view, not everyone can easily obtain a Windows key without proper methods. Piracy is unacceptable; always get a genuine key from trusted sources.

Shifted to Windows *** Considering your previous discussions, investing in Win10 Pro would make sense if needed. Alternatively, Home works well without Pro capabilities.
