I attempted it but the process halts at 50% and then the error appears repeatedly. I looked for a solution but couldn’t find any results. The code snippet is 0x80070005 - 0xa001A.

False, flash drives need to use FAT32 when using UEFI. They just copy the ISO files onto the device.
