It occurred when my computer suddenly stopped working, so I forced a hard restart and waited a few minutes. But the boot-up display remained very slow and froze again. I attempted a system restore, but it didn’t resolve the issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

AMD A8-7650K with R7 graphics on a GIGABYTE F2A68HM-S1 motherboard. Equipped with 4 GB DDR3 RAM (another 4 GB was present but failed, so the new one was installed). Running Windows 10 Pro.
