Occasionally my computer freezes unexpectedly at random moments. Initially I suspected an overclock issue, but lowering it didn’t resolve the problem. The freezes occur without warning, sometimes lasting only a couple of hours or extending for days. They can happen while using any application and disrupt almost all tasks. The intervals between freezes vary widely, with some periods lasting just a few minutes and others going on for over 20 hours without an interruption. Event Viewer doesn’t record anything, making it hard to diagnose the cause. It seems like a BSOD might trigger a freezing state. I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. Please share any additional details if you have them—I’ll do my best to help. Thanks! DxDiag.txt

It seems you're engaging in a game, so consider reinstalling your graphics driver via Display Driver Uninstaller to eliminate the existing one.

In the past 20 minutes I've noticed my computer freezing six times in total. The first occurrence happened just 2 seconds after posting this message—great luck it wasn't right away. After restarting and reopening Chrome tabs, it froze again, then during startup and three more times immediately afterward while doing nothing. Right now the system appears stable, but I'm following your advice to investigate further.

Additionally, these freezes have occurred over the past two months with intervals in between. Recently, freezes have been happening every day, and today it happened more than once. That’s why I chose to share this now, as it’s affecting my ability to play for extended periods like certain games.

Remove the GPU and try using the built-in graphics on your Intel processor. Check if the issue resolves. This suggests a possible GPU problem.

Reliability check indicates the system was shut down improperly. I've cleared the display drivers using DDU and applied the newest versions. Currently, everything runs smoothly while playing Overwatch. I'll post an update in a few hours to inform you about any ongoing freezes.

Uncertain about the "reliability" of the reliability monitor, but it seems to point to a hardware problem rather than a software one. Confidence in Windows Reliability Monitor is essential.

It seems you're experiencing intermittent freezes, but now the BSOD appears fully and freezes at 0%. The Event Viewer and reliability monitor only note an unexpected shutdown without details. You might try logging system events or using a diagnostic tool to capture more information before the crash.

The BSOD displays 'WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR'. Using BlueScreenView shows no recorded crashes.
