Recently my computer freezes unexpectedly for a few seconds (10-20 seconds). I haven't added any new software except the Windows update and NVIDIA drivers. How can I determine the reason? I checked the Windows logs but didn’t find anything. I’m using Windows 10 64-bit version 1803 build 17134.285. Thanks.

It means restarting your system with a fresh installation of software, removing all existing applications and settings so only essential components remain.
