Appears to be limited to Windows 10 32-bit with NTVDM functionality.

It's noted that 64-bit Windows lacks a 16-bit emulation layer. You should use a DOS emulator to run it. Several options exist, with DOSBox being the most comprehensive, regularly updated, and capable of running these old games flawlessly.
