Hello, your Win 8.1 setup with NirCmd should retain those batch file shortcuts on the taskbar after upgrading to Windows 10. Just make sure the toolbar remains active and the files stay accessible during the transition.

I believe they'll remain. It doesn't seem logical that they wouldn't stay since the upgrade maintains everything.

Upgrading would keep everything consistent, except Windows 8 features would now be version 10
