No one else has mentioned the issue with the mail app losing all text, as seen in this example.

A fresh setup of 10 should address your issues too. Those who rely on local email usually switch to Gmail.

It's happened to me before, but I closed and reopened it and it functions properly now. Have you performed a system cleanup after installation? Remaining install files can sometimes lead to bugs or persistent problems. *Edit Yay! 500 post. Edited August 12, 2015 by SansVarnic*

I use a personal email address. Yes, I have Gmail connected to my mobile devices and local email app. A local email service lets you receive messages from various contacts and view them without an internet connection.

Well, if you're planning to use local mail, Outlook or Thunderbird would be good choices. I actually prefer Thunderbird myself.

You can connect your Gmail or another email service to the Mail Client, which then updates your calendar and sends you alerts about incoming messages. This eliminates the need to switch between platforms and keeps everything organized in one place.

Thanks will come later, just need to make a few adjustments to my PC first. I'll do it once I have more time and after resolving the other issue.
