I also experienced this problem. I just updated my computer and tried it again—it functioned. Perhaps it could help you as well.

I encountered this problem on my laptop earlier this year. I checked every solution the first page of Google suggested, but nothing resolved it. Eventually, I had to reinstall Windows. It might be a different issue, but it could have been caused by removed built-in applications using PowerShell commands. I understand it didn’t help, though it might have provided more insight.
