I've faced similar problems with my local network setup on Windows 10. My file transfer speeds fluctuate significantly, dropping from a typical 70-80 MB/s to just 7-10 MB/s. The only solution that works is resetting the network settings, but it only provides a short-term fix. I've attempted to reinstall Windows 10 by completely wiping the drive, updating drivers, and changing the Ethernet cable, yet the issue persists. Anyone else have encountered this on Windows 10? I'm using the latest version, 1903. Any advice would be really helpful!
