About two weeks back I switched my CPU from an i7 6700 to a 9700k. Since installation, I've faced some Windows problems. Previously, I managed to work around the issue by keeping my CPU under 4.0GHz. However, recently it's become worse. The main error message keeps appearing as "system service exception." Other errors have occurred occasionally, but they're not frequent. I also received a new keyboard and RGB mousepad for Christmas, so it might be related—but I'm still unsure. Today I've even failed to pass the login screen, ending up with blue screens. I've run startup repair and basic system tools like sfc/scannow, plus bootrec commands, but nothing resolves it. I've booted into safe mode, though the login password is completely lost. I've tested my current Microsoft account and some older ones, but nothing works. I've also tried low-resolution mode, but it still triggers the blue screen. About a week ago I reset the PC in hopes of fixing the issue, but it didn't help. Additionally, I noticed a blue screen whenever I tried to open Logitech Ghub for my wheel. The startup for that app is turned off, but if I could get into Windows, I'd remove certain programs and some ASUS components for my keyboard, mouse, and mousepad. I'm really stuck and would appreciate some guidance. If you need anything else, feel free to ask. System specs: I7 9700k Gigabyte Aorus gaming pro z390, 16GB RAM at 2133MHz from an HP prebuilt MSI Ventus 1660Ti, OC. Fractal design I7 450w bronze.

Typical results usually occur when you don’t reinstall Windows after replacing a motherboard or CPU. It can function smoothly sometimes, but often it fails.
