CSGO won't run in fullscreen with Windows 10, I adjusted the settings and res, but it still shows black bars. It works well at 1024x768 on VGA. I matched the in-game settings with the Windows version, but that didn't help. Try updating drivers and see if it improves.

No, Alt+Enter does function. It is a keyboard shortcut that triggers an action in many applications.
