Windows 10 issues sporadic crashes following a reinstallation.
Reinstalled Windows 10 version 10.0.19041 three days ago to reduce bloat. It has failed twice, with crashes involving the screen going dark and no response to input. The machine still sends signals to monitors, but keystrokes and mouse movements are useless. Unknown cause; pattern hasn't formed yet. Most recent issue followed pausing a YouTube video. Hardware appears likely not responsible since this didn't happen before the reinstall. Attached are software lists, hardware details (mostly irrelevant), and a zipped archive with system, app, and security logs. So far troubleshooting has involved checking Event Viewer, which didn't yield useful data. Any guidance on next steps or possible reasons would be helpful.
