I have some familiarity with PCs and Windows 10, so I’ve tried the usual steps: checking updates, using the troubleshooter, and running SFC/scannow. I’m currently upgrading from version 1909 to 22H2.

The issue involves upgrading to newer Windows versions. It suggests using the built-in Windows Upgrade tool for better support, or downloading Windows 10 directly from the official site if standard methods fail.

The Windows 10 update assistant failed. I also attempted an in-place upgrade with a Windows 10 ISO. I encountered error 0xC1900101-0x20017.

You have 766GB available. It seems the BIOS could be old, and you're asking about particular log files.

I experienced the same issue as shown in my Chrome browsing history, but I don't remember the solution. It could relate to method 4 from the provided link about Windows 10 installation problems.
