I don't hear the OP, it seems he reinstalled his system and noticed the scammers' actions. If your system won't boot or needs a password, try using System Restore. Restart from a Windows disc or USB, go to setup, find the "install" option, and select "Repair Windows." A panel will appear—click System Restore, follow the instructions, choose a restore point before the issue, and your files should remain safe.
