Turn all devices off. Your sister has a comparable item like yours; Windows 10 works fine. As I mentioned earlier, you can visit HP and have them install it for you. Who is accountable for adding the logo?

It's quite possible to install an actual SSD inside using a mini PCI-E slot for M.2 or a SATA adapter. Also, you can use a single 8GB DDR module.

I've tested it multiple times and nothing has helped. However, 7 appears to be a solution.
