This began occurring at some point for a reason. When I start it, it’s two days ahead of my local time. I’ve selected the Date and Hour options (not my picture). I’m planning to switch off the second option like in the picture to test. Changing it fixes things, but sometimes I still don’t get it because it’s only two hours away when I restart. What might be causing this?

Would you like to click the sync now button? It indicates the last synchronization was in 2019.

Consider using online sync as recommended. Alternatively, you could switch your CMOS battery. I’d suggest going with the latter for better results.

00 even though it should be 23:00. I checked the settings, including the second slider, but the issue persists. What's happening?

It's strange since it's 19:08 but the system is lagging about two hours after startup. What's going on?

Consider adjusting the Control Panel options. Go to: Control Panel > Clock and Region > Date and Time > Internet Time > Change settings... Ensure the box for "Synchronize with an Internet time server" is selected, choose "time.windows.com" as the server, and click "Update now".

It looks like you're unsure about something. Can you clarify what you mean?
