Windows 10 is really annoying me right now!
Pressing several keys together or using the Win key often resolves the issue. You can also try restarting Explorer.exe or your entire system.
I can try restarting my PC again, but it seems I'm getting stuck after a hundred attempts.
Open Task Manager, go to Explorer.exe, click it once, then right-click and select restart.
I've experienced this only once, and the only solution was restarting my computer. Honestly, it's frustrating. A fresh install might help.
