Hello, I just completed a new Windows 10 setup on an SSD, but when I try to access the drive, it shows "C:\ is not accessible" and access is blocked. Anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this? Note: The file name was entered incorrectly.

I resolved the issue by navigating to the security options and selecting edit. I also added authenticated users, which granted me access to the drive.

It looks like something odd happened—you shouldn’t have missed the chance to reach the C drive from the beginning. After the upgrade, I recommend performing a clean installation.
