Hello everyone, I notice my PC occasionally loops during restarts or shutdowns, showing a spinning circle with "restarting" or "shutting down." It seems to happen intermittently. Do you have any easy solutions? Thank you!

You're experiencing the same problem after roughly two minutes of holding the power button.
