My computer is only two months old and I've never had these issues before. Recently it's been behaving strangely. Every night I shut it down using the Windows button, then turn off the power supply and outlet completely. When I come home, I reverse the order: first shut off the outlet, then the power supply, and finally press the computer's power button. I'm not sure if this is the cause. I also think it might not be malware or a virus, as I ran a scan with MalwareBytes and found nothing. There are several problems I've noticed—like the search bar freezing when I try to use it, the taskbar auto-scrolling through menus, and sometimes changing audio sources for headphones and the mic. For more details, you can watch this video: https://media.giphy.com/media/T9L7uQmap3.../giphy.gif I'm really looking for a solution to this frustration.

I've attempted various solutions, such as disabling Fast Boot, verifying the UP key status, and restarting multiple times. I'm open to trying additional steps.

I also gave it a shot. I changed the keyboard to one I’m familiar with.

Restore system to its previous working state by choosing a date before the issue began.
