My grandpa uses a Windows 7 machine and plays internet checkers for an hour or two each day. However, when Windows 7 support ends, the internet checkers server stops working. I've looked into various Windows 10 checkers games, but none are free, online, and compatible with Windows 10. I was hoping someone could suggest an alternative.

Have you looked in the windows store? That's where games such as chess and mahjong are available now.

There are some checkers games available in the windows store, but all I looked at were either against a human opponent or local multiplayer.

Or search for platforms similar to miniclip featuring checkers. Some specific options include PlayOK and cardgames.io, which you might find useful.

Thank you, you've certainly provided me with something to focus on. Since he isn't very tech-savvy, I'll need to add the link to his desktop and possibly block some sites, though I'll continue checking for better options.
