Are you setting up a brand-new PC or restoring Windows on an existing one? Have you experimented with various USB ports or a different flash drive? I suggest connecting the USB directly to MOBO rather than using the front panel. Have you considered recreating the bootable USB? As noted by Slottr, it might be due to a memory issue. It would be wise to turn off any memory overclocking or XMP settings during installation.

Ensure the system runs the install with minimal RAM usage. Wipe all drives and ports using IPA cleaner.
