Windows 10 Installation Causes Stalling on Startup Screen
Hello, I just completed assembling my initial personal computer and set up Windows 10 via a USB drive. Nevertheless, during the subsequent restart following the Windows 10 installation, the system becomes stuck on the splash screen displaying the motherboard's emblem and a rotating circle. I can still reach the UEFI settings prior to this freezing event; however, once it halts, I am unable to perform any actions. I’m uncertain about the proper course of action for resolution and would appreciate guidance/suggestions. Thank you!

The tiny colored lights (located in the lower right corner of your motherboard) indicate the condition of your computer after it turns on. These LEDs confirm if the processor, memory, graphics card, and operating system are functioning correctly. A lit CPU/DRAM/VGA light signifies a problem with the respective component; a lit BOOT light means the operating system hasn’t fully loaded yet.
