It seems the issue lies in the network settings and services. The PCs are displaying some devices but not all, possibly because the required SMBv1 service isn't active on them. Even when temporarily enabled, they still appear, which is unusual. The problem appears consistent across all your machines—your main rig, laptop, and the workstation. Check the network settings on the affected devices. It’s possible network discovery is disabled.

Network setup and file exchange are activated across every computer I own. The same sharing configurations apply uniformly to all of them.

You can create a workaround by taking shortcuts to those locations using the paths \\computername\\ or \\iip.add.ree.sss.
