I've been experimenting with Windows 10, but I'm having trouble locating the Start menu or taskbar. It doesn't appear under Colors in Settings or Control Panel. Since this was on Windows 8.1, it feels unusual that such an option wasn't included. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

This change was another reason for switching to Windows 8—it removed the default purple theme and made the available color options very restricted.
