You recently switched to Windows 10, but it wasn’t downloading properly. After turning on your PC this morning, it kept loading the startup screen and then repeatedly restarted itself.

Verify if Windows has any failed updates... The system repeatedly attempted to reinstall my Nvidia drivers, even after the newest versions were installed.
