Windows 10 frequently opens the recovery option and fails to start normally.
My grandfather's PC often crashes during startup. I examined the disk in the Windows PE environment and saw no problems. Using a bootable drive, I checked the crystal disk info—everything looks normal. The Startup Repair log indicates a corrupted driver file. I tried using the repair option in the Windows installer; ScanHealth detected an issue but couldn’t restore because it’s missing the necessary source file. I’m stuck and don’t want to reinstall Windows. Any suggestions?
Since you have gone through some steps that might have done something but it didn't. I would personally say the installation might be toast since some big file might be broken. To be safe you could wait for other opinions on the issue
