Hello everyone, ever since I've built my PC almost a year ago, i get haunted by firewall notifications from all kinds of apps that i launch, it's the "Windows Firewall has blocked some features of this app" type notification. When i try to turn Firewall off completely it'll just turn on by itself later, same with notifications, basically any app that needs internet connection will trigger firewall to open app that damn notification about "blocked features", although i allowed those apps through firewall. Even after almost a year of just clicking close or "allowing access" it's still annoying and i want to get rid of it. I have third party antivirus installed and if there's a way to turn off firewall COMPLETELY i'd be glad to do it!

It seems you want to revert the firewall configuration back to its standard settings. Navigate to the Control Panel and adjust the firewall accordingly. You may also turn it off if needed.

Confirming the Windows firewall settings. This seems unusual—typically it prompts once per application. Have you made any changes to your Windows system? Everything appears to function normally, so perhaps a recent modification affected it. Still, follow @TehDwonz’s advice and reset to the default configuration. Once done, perform antivirus and anti-malware scans for safety.

It might act that way if a system process was interrupted.

Visit the services section and set the DNS service to automatic. Restart the computer and turn off the firewall. If changing the DNS to automatic isn't possible, adjust it via the registry (link). I’ll clarify later why this works, but right now I’m just providing the fix.
