Windows 10 File Explorer repeatedly refreshes thumbnails each time. Solution found.
Problem: Windows 10 File Explorer repeatedly refreshes thumbnails each time I open a new folder, and every time I restart my PC. I've looked into registry fixes for the thumbnail cache, cleared it, tried various solutions, but nothing works. Once it loads, my computer becomes extremely slow until it's fully operational despite my hardware specs. Please assist. P.S. All drivers are up to date. I'm not noticing anything out of the ordinary here. I applied all the techniques I've gathered over time, and it worked initially.
