After applying MSI Afterburner at -180 mV, performance improves noticeably and temperatures remain stable.
However, upon restarting the PC, Windows 10 fails to recognize or utilize my Nvidia GPU.

Reinstalling drivers multiple times is necessary (after removing the card via Device Manager) to restore normal operation.
Is Afterburner affecting driver functionality or is it related to the voltage settings?
Are there any effective solutions for this issue?
It's due to the fact that you're underpowering; you should restore the energy before shutting down the computer, unless you maintain sleep mode like I do. 😉
