Following the newest creator update, my PC isn't shutting down correctly—it powers off but doesn’t clear the session, which I remember was handled in Windows 7 under something called Hybrid Energy Saving Mode. This issue is affecting stability with certain apps, though a reboot doesn’t resolve it. It’s just frustrating. Where can I locate the right setting or disable this feature if it isn’t available?

Make sure you're using Windows 7 or 10. It's interesting since your message mentions Win10 but you're talking about Win7.
