Hi there, When you connect your external hard drive to the PC, the space usage display doesn't show the numbers. The icon appears but the details beneath are missing. This makes it hard to track how much space you're using. You can refer to the image below for reference—normally, internal drives show usage under their icons. For your external drive, it seems the feature hasn't been enabled yet. Is there a way to enable this so the external drive displays the space usage like your other internal drives? Thanks.

Open the view, pick 'Tiles', check if it updates the used and available space in your NAS.
