Windows 10 occasionally freezes with unusual SSD behavior in Task Manager. SSD usage hits 100% while HDD remains stable and read/write speeds stay at zero. I've applied numerous solutions—used Command Prompt to halt specific processes, edited registry entries, downgraded BIOS (Gigabyte AB450 AM4), removed overclocking. Still nothing resolves the issue. Please assist.

Check Performance Monitor under the Performance section in Task Manager. Navigate to the Disk tab. Examine processes showing high disk activity overall. Task Manager often gives inaccurate results; consider using diskmon instead.

Shows 50% disk space used in the disk section, yet no app appears in the performance list using that amount of storage.

I checked your setup and everything looks good. To monitor disk performance, you can use tools like `iostat`, `smartmontools`, or the built-in `diskutil` command. If you need a counter, it’s often referred to as a "disk usage counter" or "disk utilization tracker."
