You're experiencing frequent crashes after the update. It begins with Chrome, then prompts for cache, preventing a restart. Spotify stops working after a few minutes. A message appears stating Windows is no longer functioning. Initially, it was occasional (1-2 times daily), but now it happens constantly. Occasionally I manage a short session, but it quickly becomes unresponsive. The screen turns black right now. I've tried resetting the computer, fresh installation, and following guides found online. Please help me resolve this issue.

Have you checked the event viewer to identify the issue?

Hello, I'll check the components and their ages. Please ensure the RAM is reset, GPU is installed if applicable, and all power cords are securely connected.

Checked resources meant to display a more comprehensive overview, but only returned terms like unexpected shutdown. I’ll attempt to examine the Event Viewer when I can pause the system for a while.

That simply indicates the system stopped functioning correctly, with critical operations occurring earlier.

I checked Event Viewer and found some important details. The system specs include an i7-4790K processor, R9 390 graphics, 16 GB RAM (2x8), a 250GB SSD, and a Corsair RM550 CM series motherboard. Everything seems to be from about two years ago except the power supply and RAM, which were purchased nearly two years prior. I removed the desktop ID since I’m unsure if it should be hidden.
