Consent, launch the safe mode setup, navigate to the startup section in Task Manager, disable every active application, gradually reactivate them one by one, then reboot each cycle until you locate the issue.

A Windows update (KB5000802) is currently causing blue screens and/or slowdowns when starting Windows. It might be helpful to verify if your system has this update installed and remove it if needed.
