Windows 10 experience issues during initial boot and shutdown phases.
I just installed Windows 10 and overall it’s working well except for the slow boot times and occasional restarts. When it powers off, the Windows logo appears briefly before the screen goes dark for a few seconds. I can still see my cursor, but the login window doesn’t show up right away. This hasn’t happened with Windows 8.1, so it’s probably just a temporary issue. Since this OS is newer, some initial problems are normal—anyone have advice on how to fix it?
It seems few understand the reason behind adopting such a unique experimental operating system.
