A few startup programs are looking for a file that was removed. The initial one seems connected to Skype, while WMPCD.exe appears to be linked with Windows Media Player.

I didn't locate any details about the first option, and I'm not sure why it got removed.

Review your startup applications and turn off those listed in the Task Manager.
