Hey there! I see you're dealing with some odd behavior on your old laptop. It sounds like the error message is happening randomly, sometimes linked to drivers and other times related to the hard drive. Let me know if you'd like some tips on troubleshooting or checking those components!

Yes, I've checked the settings before.

Do you have any original character concepts? Note: Just noticed you mentioned a laptop—likely the GPU is failing then.

You chose Windows 10 because it’s likely the reason behind your issue, as the drivers might not function correctly with this technical preview version.

Whenever I attempt to use my laptop with Windows 8 or 10, it freezes in a blue screen. That’s why I decided to build my own computer... It hasn’t shown that issue yet!

talking about a crash on a beta OS is kind of naive. It’s meant for those who understand what they’re doing on a computer and can fix things themselves, not for everyone to just install it and expect it to work. Don’t assume it will function properly without proper setup or knowledge.

It seems like your system might have some issues, particularly with Windows 8. You mentioned having the same problem there.
