Windows 10 doesn't offer a rollback feature.
The Creators Update is causing a lot of frustration for me. I need to revert to the original Windows 10 version, but in my "Update & Security" settings there are no options to roll back. Can I find a way to restore the previous version without losing my personal files, documents, configurations, or saved files in C?
I was last updated more than 30 days ago. If you performed a drive cleanup and checked the box to delete previous Windows versions, rolling back is no longer an option.
The only way forward right now is to locate the pre-creators update and begin anew, though it’s likely they’ll fix things themselves soon. Creators is a frustrating update process, which makes sense given the issues I’ve faced since switching to version 10 on my laptop—especially the strange “hang” problems where text disappears and then reappears unexpectedly. I think I heard something about creators experiencing these kinds of glitches on systems with SSD boot drives.
