Hello, I've encountered an issue with my PC that hasn't been consistent but occurs occasionally—around 10% of the time when opening it. The affected part is when highlighting text on the desktop or using the selection tool to draw on it, causing the selected areas to turn black. I've already completed virus scans, run sfc, checkdisk, and dism. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

EDIT: Refreshing the desktop doesn't resolve the problem, and the performance drops significantly, running at about 5Hz, which is quite frustrating. I've attached two videos for reference.
